The blog has moved to Substack!

The Forest Feast blog started it all back in 2011 and led to my series of cookbooks. It was a place for me to explore and play and be creative with food and art. I am so grateful to so many readers who have been with me from the beginning!

In 2024, I moved my “blogging” and creative foodie sharing over to Substack. I send an email/post/newsletter every Friday and it can be viewed in your email, online or in the Substack app. I share recipes, travel stories, art I’ve made, home projects and more. I hope you’ll follow along!

The Substack posts are free each week however there is an optional paid tier ($5/mo) which includes a new, never-before published recipe once a month, plus other community perks.

My Substack is called Forest Feast Supper Club (a mashup of my California roots and current Wisconsin home). Here’s an archive of posts and a few of the dishes + pics I’ve shared are below. I hope you’ll join me!
